At NYDJ, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original tags are attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in the original packaging, including the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status.
